Quotation Notice for office space on rent/lease |

The University of Calicut needs office space for functioning the University Information Centre at Vatakara. The detailed specification for the office space is as below. 1. Floor Area : Between 70 and 80 m2 in Ground or first floor of the building 2. Location : Vatakara Town – 500 mtr. (maximum) distance from the Municipal bus stand 3. Access : Road access from the main road, minimum 1.00m wide stair case to the first floor 4. Room facilities : Ceramic tile flooring, sufficient cross ventilation, strong locking arrangements, toilet facility with water supply arrangements including storage tank, general lighting and sufficient power facility for computers 5. Office counter : Wooden or equivalent office counter of at least 6 mtr. Long as per standard specification 6. Conditions : Water and electricity charges will be paid by the University.
Owners of buildings who desire to let the building on rent/lease are requested to sent their quotations showing rent per sq. metre per month along with sketch, specification of room and ownership certificate to the undersigned on or before 22-09-2009 3 p.m. The quotations will be opened at 3.30 p.m on the same day.
The University Engineer, Calicut University reserves the right to reject any quotation without assigning any reason thereof. |
