PG Diploma Courses

        The following PG Diploma Courses are offered by the Department of Lifelong Learning and Extension, which is a statutory Department of the University started in 1969. The Department offering so many courses for the benefit of the rural poor. Skill development programme for Women Empowerment and Certificate programme for Mother Empowerment are some of them.

1. P.G.Diploma course in Counselling.

Duration                  : One year

Eligibility                 : Bachelor Degree in any discipline.

Mode of Selection : On the basis of marks obtained by the candidate in the qualifying examination.

Fee Structure         : Tuition fee Rs.9,000/-

                                    Registration fee – Rs.100/-

Sanctioned strength : 40

Medium of instruction : English

Scheme of the Course : Five written papers of 100 makrs each.

                                          One practical 80 marks and viva-voce 20 marks.

2. P.G.Diploma in Management of Learning Disabilities.

Duration                 : One year

Eligibility                : Bachelor Degree in any discipline. Admission is restricted to teachers only.

Mode of Selection : On the basis of marks obtained by the candidate in the qualifying examination.

Fee Structure         : Tuition fee Rs.9,000/-

                                    Registration fee – Rs.100/-

Sanctioned strength : 50

Medium of instruction : English

Scheme of the Course : Five written papers of 100 makrs each.

                                         One practical 80 marks and viva-voce 20 marks.
