CAMBRIDGE UNIVERSITY, LOCAL EXAM SYNDICATE, CAMBRIDGE	International Certificate of Secondary Education (with or without General Certificate of Education - ordinary level) with a pass in 9 subjects in Grade a, b or c followed by General Certificate of Education in 2 subjects at 'A' level of IGSCE and/or G.C.E 'O' Level examination with a pass in 4 subjects in Grade A,B or followed by G.C.E. 'A' level examination in 3 subjects., are recognised as equivalent to PDC.

Recognition as equivalent II years schooling in India followed by one year bridge course of any nature from this University or any other University is equivalent to PDC of this University for purpose of admission to I year of the 3 year Degree course including professional courses.
TRIBHUVAN UNIVERSITY, KATHMANDU, NEPAL	Examinations & Degrees (Inter-Arts, Science, Commerce/B.A., B.Sc, B.Com, E.L., M.A. of that University conducted in 1960, the syllabus, question papers, regulations and ordinance of which are the same as those of the Patna University are recognised as equivalent to the corresponding degrees and examinations of this University.
U.S.S.R.	A diploma attesting that a person who has graduated from a Higher Educational establishment in the U.S.S.R without the first scientific thesis but has passed the State Examinations is equal to a Bachelor's Degree being conferred by University's and other Educational Establishment in India.
